Tubi saldati ad alta frequenza, zincati, alluminati e forati
Tubi saldati di precisione in acciaio di grande diametro e spessore ridotto
Tubifici in profilatura continua con nastri in acciaio laminati a freddo, a caldo, zincati, alluminati e forati
Per i tubi alluminati e zincati è previsto il ripristino della ricopertura nella zona esterna di saldatura.
Scordonatura interna e tagli a misura.
Le norme di riferimento sono le UNI 7947 UNI 7091 DIN 2394 DIN 24151 XPA 49-646 BS 6323.

Size cut tubes
High frequency welded tubes, galvanized, aluminized and perforated
Precision welded steel tubes with large diameters and small wall thickness
The tubes are made in continuous profiling tubes mills from cold-rolled, hot-rolled, galvanized, aluminized and perforated.
As for the aluminized and galvanized tubes we usually recoat the external weld-seam.
Inside weld-seam removing and size cut.
We are producing according to UNI 7947 UNI 7091 DIN 2394 DIN 24151 XPA 49-646 BS 6323.

Eurotubi stellt, mit modernen Profilierungsmaschinen mit großen Durchmessern und geringen Wandstarken aus Aluminium beschichten, kalt und warm gewalztem, sowie verzinktem Bandstahl her. Die Schweißnaht wird bei verzinktem und Aluminium beschichtetem Material nachgespritzt und dadurch nachhaltig geschützt. Auf Anfrage ist es möglich die Röhrenden zu entgräten und die innere Schweißnaht zu entfernen.
Unsere Produktion entspricht den Normen EN 10305-03 / DIN 2394 Rohres.

Tuyaux soudés de précision en acier au carbone de grands diamètres et avec épaisseurs réduites. Les tubes sont produits avec des machines à profilage continu en utilisant des feuillard en acier laminés à froids, à chaud, zingués, aluminiés. Pour les tuyaux aluminiés et zingués normalement on va éffectuer une recuperation du recouvrement dans la zone extèrne de soudure.
Cordon de soudure raclé et la coupe à longueur.
Le normes de référence sont les UNI 7947 UNI 7091 DIN 2394 DIN 24151 XPA 49-646 BS 6323.

- Il taglio a misura standard: Sbavatura delle estremità e pulizia interna (a richesta).
- Lavorazioni laser: Taglio, Fori, Asole
- Lavorazioni delle estremità: Bordatura, Allargatura, Restrizione
- Trattamenti delle superfici: Zincatura galvanica e a caldo, Verniciatura.
In aggiunta abbiamo la possibilità e la capacità di organizzare tutta la logistica riguardante i trasporti e l'ottimizzazione degli imballi. Eseguiamo le consegne direttamente su parte del territorio italiano ed estero, con propri mezzi o con trasportatori convenzionati di fiducia.

-Bearbeitung der Röhrenden: Bördeln, aufbiegen und Verjungung.
-Oberflachenbehandlung:
Galvanisch und Feuerverzinkung, Pulverbeschichtung.

Tuyaux travaillés différemment:
-la coupe des tuyaux à longueur fixe: ébavurage des extrémités et nettoyage intérieur (sur demande).
-Travaux Laser: coupe à longueur , trous.
-Travaux des extrémités: bordage,évasement, reduction.
-traitements des surfaces: galvanisation et galvanisation à chaud, vernissage.
En plus que cela, nous avons la possibilitè d’organiser toute la logistique concernant les transports et l’optimisation des emballages. Nous livrons directement sur les territories Italien et étranger, par des moyens de transport de notre propriété ou par des transporteurs avec lesquels nous avons habituellement une convention.
